Built by an ARK server admin, for ARK server admins.
I'm Cousin — also known as ChezCousin and dodocousin — a Senior network and server administrator based in Québec, Canada.
One interface for the work behind a real cluster
I built Cousin Server Manager because I needed a better way to manage my own ARK: Survival Ascended infrastructure. Running large multi-map clusters means dealing with updates, crashes, backups, RCON, mods, plugins, scheduled restarts, monitoring, and power protection — often across many servers at once.
Instead of relying on multiple tools and scripts, I started building one application that could handle everything from a single interface. Today, Cousin Server Manager is the same tool I use to operate my own ASA servers.
Experience that informs every feature
- 12,000 hours played in ARK
- Network security
- Network and server administration
- Windows dedicated server infrastructure
- Large ASA cluster management
- ASA plugin development
- Modding in ASE and ASA
- Server automation and monitoring
- RCON and Discord integrations
- Backup and recovery systems
- UPS / NUT power protection
Because I actively run ARK servers myself, new features are usually created to solve problems I encounter in real production environments.
Local-first by design
Cousin Server Manager runs directly on your own Windows machine.
Your server files, saves, backups, configuration files, RCON data, mods, and plugins stay on your infrastructure.
The manager is designed to give server owners powerful automation without requiring them to hand control of their servers to a hosted platform.
An independent project
Cousin Server Manager is independently developed and is not affiliated with Studio Wildcard, Snail Games, or Valve.
My goal is simple: build the server management tool I would want to use myself — reliable, practical, transparent, and continuously improved as ASA evolves.
Built in Québec by an ARK cluster administrator who actually uses it every day.
